Responsibilities
· Conducting client requirement elicitation and solutions consultation workshops.
· Establishing strong knowledge of the client’s business challenges, future growth strategy and translate into mutually beneficial opportunities.
· Elicitation, analysis, modelling and documentation of client requirements.
· Facilitating technical design sessions with the internal teams (Presales / Engineering / Delivery) to articulate and define the solution.
· Providing leadership throughout the lifecycles of projects, guide the work of the project teams from design & development up till delivery.
· Travelling overseas to client sites for workshops, consultation and validation sessions.
Prerequisites
· 1-3 years of relevant business analyst / consulting experience in software field.
· Detail oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models and technologies.
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills required to work with a multicultural team and international clients.
· Possess a strong understanding of the Telco Eco system, technology trends, Integration points, protocols and APIs is an added advantage.
· Previous international exposure is considered valuable.
