The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Must Have Skills:
Candidate Should have an experience in Logistics/Travel Business Process & EDI or Insurance Domain.
Responsibilities
• SME in Property & Casualty Insurance domain for US market.
• Agile Project experience and Hands on with Agile Ceremonies and daily huddles
• Update user story priorities based on feedback from the product owner
• Work with Client product owner Prioritize, refine, and manage the product backlog
• Address any impediments or other issues raised during the meeting, and track any outstanding items that cannot be addressed immediately
• Experience in reading and understanding ISO circulars and implement the changes in client’s application.
• Must have experience on Policy Admin System (e.g. Policy Centre and Legacy Applications), its workflow and complete lifecycle of insurance policy.
• Should be able to analyze ISO forms and rules and implement them in applications.
• Exposure to various LOBs: Commercial Property, General Liability, Umbrella, Commercial Auto and Inland Marine.
• Exposure to Product configuration, forms and rules configuration.
• Assists in analyzing and documenting client's business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to technical personnel.
• Candidate will design UI, Functional and Non-functional Requirements, System Integration Requirements.
• Facilitate review meetings, requirement walkthroughs, review test documents, and coordinate QA and UAT testing process.
• AINS certifications preferable.
