The Job
- Responsible to prepare sales reports and gap / trend analysis on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in order to form a quantitative system to evaluate sales achievement and effectiveness.
- Provide inputs to sales teams on regional trends, customers and market insights.
- Responsible for provisioning of ROI analysis.
- Work closely with Cluster Managers & Territory Managers for planning and determining the appropriate product mix penetration and market potential in different territories.
- Work closely with the regional sales teams to identify new market opportunities and corporate planning, marketing teams to complete concept testing for a specific initiative.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communications programs and strategies influencing the regional sales growth.
- Collate information from respective territory managers / BDM managers on a daily basis and update / maintain a centralized National Sales Funnel.
- Update the Sales Managers on a summarized weekly funnel to conduct funnel meeting with respective line managers.
- Responsible to measure the Sales target vs achievements for the respective month.
- Identify product line trending in each respective territory’s and update sales manager on low performance areas.
- Monitor and report achievement of Annual KPIs and other relevant Annual scorecard targets at regional, cluster and national level.
- Utilize the present digitization tools with BI analytics to strategies market potential and affective campaigns.
The Person
- Should possess a Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Business Management / Mathematics or Statistics from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Possess exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Should be an expert in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
