Business Analyst (Specialist - IT CRM, Billing and Fulfillment)

You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the Senior Manager – Business Analysis. Your main tasks will include performing detailed analysis on requirements, facts and environment conditions to come up with practical solutions aligning to architectural objectives. documenting processes and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
The Job
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions while ensuring solutions are scalable / adaptable for changes in requirements / external factors and are optimized to have cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction and maintainability.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Evaluate existing architectures of similar systems and come up with enhancements to cater the demanding needs of operating environments and industry trends.
Evaluate and propose architecture enhancements to enterprise architecture.
Responsible to analyze the issues in complaints to Resolve & come-up with impact analysis to customer subscriptions and charges.
Work with Development and QA teams to ensure defined architecture is implemented properly and does not deviate from architectural goals.
Produce required documentation in solution architecture covering different views of the system.
Incorporate features into the CRM & Billing roadmap based on CR trends, industry feature trends and BU demands.
The Person
Degree (B.Sc.) in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 - 4 years related work experience in a similar capacity.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills are required.
