THE JOB INVOLVES
- Taking total responsibility for the smooth functioning of the branch whilst meeting predetermined goals: salesvolumes, profits, market share and client acquisition including compliance issues within a competitiveenvironment
- Motivating a team of young achievers through inspirational leadership and guidance and channeling their energies into contributing towards the success of the branch
- Expanding the customer portfolio and branch profitability by building beneficial partnerships with individual, institutional and corporate customers
- Safeguarding both tangible and intangible assets of the branch through efficient supervision and control
THE PERSON
- Should be a self-driven individual with a sound educational background
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years managerial experience in Credit & Recoveries in the financial sector
- Should be well versed in English and Sinhala. Preference will be given to candidates who can converse in Tamil
- Should be a team player who is able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, coaching and mentoring skills
- Be a personable individual who possesses a 'service-oriented mindset' and the confidence to pursue ambitious challenges within a performance driven culture
