Job Description
 
As part of the marketing team at the forefront of Alavi’s global expansion, you will have the opportunity to significantly influence and build out Alavi’s marketing function. You will work with the marketing team and cross-functionally to achieve common goals of expanding Alavi into multiple markets in North America, the UK, the APAC region and Australia.
 
What You’ll Do:

  • Developing and optimizing winning lead generation strategies that deliver qualified leads in Alavi’s target markets (e.g. email marketing and LinkedIn marketing)
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new industries, companies and potential leads
  • Assisting with the creation and implementation of regular lead generation campaigns
  • Owning Alavi’s creative and content channels to build brand awareness and illustrate Alavi’s story and customer success (e.g. media features, case studies, website, blog, podcasts, webinars, and social media)
  • Partnering with the Design and Product teams to effectively launch marketing plans for product releases and lead generation
  • Working with the Product team to build guides and other foundational content for lead generation
  • Continuously brainstorming, testing, and executing experiments to improve marketing channel performance and the drive growth of qualified leads, opportunities, and revenue

 
What You’ll Need:

  • Must be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • A keen interest in building a career and a profile in the B2B SaaS marketing space
  • The ability to comfortably learn and use marketing software like MailChimp, Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A work ethic that includes time-management skills and the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Public speaking skills for webinars and podcasts
  • Previous experience in B2B marketing and lead generation is a plus
