- Solid understanding of Software Engineering, System Design, Algorithms, Design Patterns, Reactive Programming, Distributed Systems, Data Structures, Decentralized Applications.
- Hands-on working experience in modern programming languages and frameworks, source code versioning, unit testing, CI/CD and Containerization.
- Excellent communication skills, Pattern recognition, Problem-solving, Positive thinking and Leadership qualities.
- Capability to work under pressure, work with a multicultural team and Open Source enthusiast.
