Associate Project Lead (Product Delivery)
Job Description
- Define plans, review the work progress, manage risks, and deliver the project milestones
- Coordinate and communicate proper requirements to stakeholders
- Manage issues and negotiate priorities with the management team
- Pay attention to details, maintain proper time logs, and control project deliverables
- Compile status reports, comprehensive project documents, and present to the top management
- Understand the product features and provide leadership to certify other individuals
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
- CIMA or other equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in the software industry
- Knowledge in management (Knowledge in project management, business analysis will be an added advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with excellent planning, organizing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to face challenges quickly, willing to learn and adapt to new environments
- Ability to take responsibility and being committed to deliver results
- A strong desire for a career in software project management
