Job Description
 

• Define plans, review the work progress, manage risks, and deliver the project milestones
• Coordinate and communicate proper requirements to stakeholders
• Manage issues and negotiate priorities with the management team
• Pay attention to details, maintain proper time logs, and control project deliverables
• Compile status reports, comprehensive project documents, and present to the top management
• Understand the product features and provide leadership to certify other individuals 

 
 
 
Skills and Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
• CIMA or other equivalent qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in the software industry
• Knowledge in management (Knowledge in project management, business analysis will be an added advantage)
• Strong leadership skills with excellent planning, organizing and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to face challenges quickly, willing to learn and adapt to new environments
• Ability to take responsibility and being committed to deliver results
• A strong desire for a career in software project management
