Associate Manager – Preventive Security
Administration & Services Department
The position holder will be responsible for implementing an environment that ensures the security and safety of staff, customers, service providers, premises, information and assets of the bank.
The Job:
To monitor the performances of available security equipment in the Head Office and Branches and carryout proper documentation
To co-ordinate the servicing of all security related equipment and initiate follow-up action on unserviceable equipment
To ensure serviceability of equipment installed at local Police Stations
To assist the Manager Security to train the branch officers and the Security Staff on the action to be implemented on robberies, thefts, various disasters etc..
To visit branches on regular basis to check the serviceability of all security related equipment and to initiate immediate action to rectify any error
To carry out cost and service comparisons of service providers to ensure overall security function meets the changing security requirements of the Head Office and the branch network
To ensure the efficient function of the Central Monitoring Room
To co-ordinate all BCP related activities such as training drills etc..
Entry Requirements
Person:
Possess around 8 years of experience in the armed forces or Police
Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent professional qualification
Knowledge on operation of CCTV Cam system, burglary alarm system and other security equipment
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Possess Planning & Organizing skills
Possess strong leadership and peoples skills
