Skills and Abilities
- Proven working experience in recruitment/resourcing and selection environment preferred
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar job role.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English(Spoken and Written)
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to take a range of responsibilities
- Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit niche candidates in limited candidate spaces, including networking, direct sourcing, cold calls, and referrals.
Education and Experience
- Following/Completed a degree in management or equivalent professional qualification (CIMA, Etc. )
- IT literacy
- Work Experience will be an added advantage
