Responsibilities
- Supporting the Senior Creative Designer to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Creating advertising materials for clients and internal requirements.
- Listening to design needs, coming up with ideas, and communicating them to clients and other members of the team.
- Delegating design tasks and providing support for junior-level design team members.
- Creative, practical & critical thinking when coming up with design solutions for different audiences and mediums.
- Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Following/Completion of a design qualification.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to visual details.
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
