Job Requirements:
• Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in IT or Business.
• Having completed or undergoing a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance domain will be an advantage.
• Ability to conduct thorough research & analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a global team.
• Ability to shape a point of view on the future of emerging technology (a topic of Practice/CoE) as applied to industry verticals and evangelize the same.
• Ability to build and showcase intuitive, elegant technology-enabled solutions to solve real-world challenges and create competitive advantage for our clients.
• Ability to work with teams in a matrix environment and be able to influence without authority.
• Ability to understand customers’ market presence, and fit between their product/solution offering with the market requirement.
• Ability to imagine the client’s future business through discovery & requirement-gathering workshops.
• Background as a technologist with a desire to work in a startup-like environment.
• Comfortable working in a global services delivery environment, capturing client requirements, as-is system, documenting and passing it to the global delivery teams for implementation.
