Assistant Sales Manager/Senior Sales Executive
 
Candidate must be comfortable in a challenging, fast-paced, collaborative environment with a young, energetic team committed to driving a great business.
 
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience preferably in banking, key account management,
business development or high-value sales
- Should be a Degree or Diploma holder or be fully/ part qualified in a professional qualification
in Sales/ Marketing or Finance but not essential
 
Skills & Experience
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Excellent communication in English and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills
 
Responsibilities
- Handling high-value Real Estate transactions
- Managing prospective buyer/ seller interactions
- Negotiating and closing transactions
