  • Expected experience: Minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role/ any other role in HR, preferably in the FMCG industry

Position Summary

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition & Development, the candidate will be directly responsible for driving the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, utilising talent acquisition processes, systems and tools. The candidate will also be accountable for all HR technology systems, as well as simplification projects within the department.

 

A day in the life of...

 

 

  • Develops appropriate sourcing and selection approaches to attract, select and hire qualifying candidates
  • Deeply understands the business context to proactively identify, build and manage high quality, diverse talent pipelines - internally & externally - to address skill gaps
  • Ensure smooth operations in advertising, screening, shortlisting, reference checking, onboarding, off-boarding and basic HR admin-related activities
  • Coaches Line Managers to identify specific onboarding needs to accelerate the integration of new hires and ensure good performance
  • Create and update the Job Success Profiles of available/ new job requirements, along with the respective HRBP & Line Managers
  • Support end-to-end HR Information System initiatives, including implementation of new projects, trouble shooting and periodic testing

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in any relevant stream
  • Expected experience: Minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role/ any other role in HR, preferably in the FMCG industry
