ASST.MANAGER/SNR.EXECUTIVE-TECHNICAL (KELANIYA PLANT)
Key Responsibilities
Timely validation of extrudate & other process profiles.
Conduct blow point & Thermo couple studies as per the plan for cure cycle confirmation.
Technical trials for new products & confirm running sizes.
Process control activities to check & confirm the process in line with the given specifications.
Maintain process check list & records as per ISO 9001 — 2008 QMS & control plan.
Data analysis for cured tyre defects, cured tyre scrap.
Statistical process control approach to be used for data analysis.
Daily monitoring of size wise static balancing & run out yield & action for
maintaining total yield as per the budget.
Daily segregation, disposal & recording of hold cured tyres as per the given SOP.
Display of relevant SOP, Process standard & Specifications as per the process requirement.
Cut tire analysis, recording & rating.
Claim data analysis & claim tire analysis.
Essential Requirements
Degree in Polymer Science / NDT (Polymer) or equivalent qualification
Minimum 4 Years working experience in field of Technical preferably in pneumatic Tyre Industry
Sound knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2015, 5S, Kaizen & Total Quality Management
Awareness of FMEA will be an advantage
Confident communication with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Computer literacy in SAP, MS Office packages is essential
