The Role Responsibilities
Products & Segments
Drive an analytics-driven decision-making culture across the customer lifecycle;
Ongoing test and learn initiative to improve segmentation/analysis;
Support segments to analyse profitability under various scenarios, identify and mitigate key portfolio risks;
Deep dive into cross-functional source systems, to create and maintain a detailed Data
Map and understand the business's analytics and reporting needs and collaborate to create insightful visualizations;
Create and manage implementation of Analytics tracking requirements to measure feature and/or overall product performance;
Develop and/or optimize existing automated reports and dashboards that monitor and track customer behaviour and sales;
Use aforementioned reports and available analytical tools to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders;
Measure and optimize for customer acquisition and retention across all channels;
Provide analysis and insights for marketing campaigns and marketing channel ROI: estimate marketing impact and efficiency, return on investment, brand equity, profit and market share;
Collaborate with product managers, marketers and analysts to integrate analytics into strategic-minded dashboards, program-based reports and ad-hoc analyses;
Continuously improve the way we work by driving automation of existing processes while ensuring high quality of deliverables.

Our Ideal Candidate
Analytical Skills: proficiency with large amounts of data from disparate sources, a demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex analyses, and proven experience with statistical analysis.
Education: Tertiary Education (Academic or Professional) or equivalent experience using applied analytics.
Study Design: Fluency with exploratory analysis, developing hypotheses and methods to test them, and executing the research.
Communication: strong skills translating data into an actionable insight and communicating complex ideas via speaking, writing, and visuals.
Sharp Attention to Detail: Precision and vigilance to ensure accuracy.
Curiosity: Eagerness to experiment, learn, and grow
Hands on detailed experience on advanced applications of MS Office packages is mandatory.
Finance Background will be advantagous.
Ability to work with different and diverse teams across the Bank/ Region/ Group is essential.
The ability to be a quick learner who thrives under ambiguity and challenges.
A great team player with a strong value system, unquestioned integrity and solid listening skills.
