Job Profile
To ensure the Warehouse operation iscompliant With internationally and locally required quality standards and to maintain a proactive approach in ensuring appropriate steps are taken to manage any gaps that are identified. The role must be able to keep up to date and advise the management on developments to any quality standard or regulatory and customer compliance requirements.
- Conversant on the ELI, WHO guidelines on GOP/GSP and recommend to the management team when gaps are identified and take proactive steps to ensure compliance
- Management of all aspects related to SOPs aligned with standards
- Ensure transportation of goods and storage are strictly in accordance with standards and regulations
- Be the ambassador of quality assurance for the company and ensure technology is utilized to drive operational effectiveness
- Ensure staff are well versed with quality standards and drive effective practices
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate we seek should be aged between 27-35, with progressive responsibilities in a similar environment with hands on exposure with a BSc Pharmacology and Diploma in Quality Management. Being Cenified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt will add much value to your CV.
- Flair for out of the box thinking.
- A good understanding of and international quality standards is essential. Accredited in relevant ISO certifications is essential
