ASSISTANT MANAGER – STRATEGIC PLANNING & BUSINESS SUPPORT - TRANSFORMATION
We are on the look out for a dynamic individual to join MAS Holdings (Private) Ltd, Transformation Team as an Assistant Manager - Strategic Planning & Business Support (Assistant Manager Work Level). The right candidate should support the Group CEO of MAS Holdings in his decision-making process by providing business updates, engaging with internal and external stakeholders and facilitating timely implementation of initiatives to support business growth .
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist and support the Group CEO in the decision-making process by collating & compiling business updates as required and facilitate customer visits by obtaining up-to-date information from the business units/account managers
· Prepping the Group CEO for plant visits, attend meetings and follow up on the action items identified to ensure the management team at the plant adheres to action plans agreed upon to ensure a smooth operation of the business
· Assist the Group CEO by collating and preparing relevant presentations and documents which are to be presented at board meetings thereby facilitating the smooth functioning of the board meetings
· Participate in the LRP process and budgeting for CEO`s office and ensure the process is carried out in a timely manner
· Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
Qualifications and Experience:
· Degree in Strategic Management / Management / Finance or equivalent. An MBA would be an added advantage
· 3 years of work experience handling responsibilities in a similar capacity
· Excellent communication & presentation skills
· Ability to analyze business information and present findings to Leadership
