The ideal candidate should possess a professional qualification in Human Resource Management / Training and Development from a recognized body with 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a recognized establishment. Should have an excellent command of the English & Sinhala language,

Communication skill of Tamil language will be considered as an added advantage. The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge in conducting training need analysis, formulating training plans and budgets, conducting skill/competency analysis and identifying development requirements.

Should have the knowledge in analyzing the ROI factor and setting up participant satisfactoryindexes. Ability to conduct training programmes would be considered as an added advantage. Willingness to travel to different parts of the country is required,
