ASSISTANT MANAGER - IT
The selected candidate would be responsible for the overall management and administration of all end user IT applications and related servers, ensuring end-user satisfaction and front-linelend-user support.AIso, the candidate would be responsible for improving productivity by streamlining functions/operations through alternative technologies. The candidate should be able to catalogue and document all user and technical guide manuals related to systems. He/She should ensure compliance with other internal controls and regulations. Further, the ideal candidate will be expected to provide technical leadership for problem solving whilst conducting trainings for team members as and when required.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- BSc in IT/MS
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification
- Projects Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Three years' experience in similar job role
- Experience in Microsoft Azure and Oracle OCI cloud Administration
- Knowledge on Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI
- Strong track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients in a professional services environment
- Strong organisational, presentation, and customer service skills
