Job profile
Oversee all IT infrastructure operations and evaluate on a periodic basis.
End user IT service desk delivery by monitoring the tickets, SLA and closure.
Manage Robotic Process Automation initiative
Provide Strategic input the management
Maintain and follow the change management life cycle of a Document Management system and various other in-house systems
Coordinate with Group IT (John Keells IT) for infrastructure 2nd level Support
Manage various IT initiatives
Overlook and Mange the IT team
Manage ISO related processers
Actively participate in Information Security Management System
Maintain servers including Windows and Azure
Candidate profile
Degree in IT
5 years’ experience covering IT infrastructure, software projects
Experience managing a team
Knowledge of RPA would be an advantage
Innovative mindset
Track record of project managing IT implementation projects
Experience in managing or being a part of projects
Familiarity with MS office suite, Active Directory
Knowledge in information security
