Assistant Manager — Finishing Department
Responsibilities :
- A leading role in the finiShing division.
- Provide necessary technical support for day to day operations and spec developments.
- Meet Customer quality standards in the finishing department.
- Control waste a nd rework within the given targets
- Achieve the production target assigned by the planning department.
- Responsible for RET, maximum utilization of the machine capacity and to maximize the production
- Arrange employee training and developments programs for finishing department.
- Managing and overlooking the emplcwees on the shift, quality and machine issues, while also working towards achieving the company {PI's 8. Goals.
Candidate Profile:
- Holding a Diploma fro m SLITA or NDT (Textile Technology).
- Minimum 5 years' Managerial experience in the Textile Industrv_
- Familiar with overall finishing processes such as: Stenter/Relax dryer/Compactor and heat setting
- Should have experience in cotton & polyester fabric.
- Should be able to work in an ERR environment (SAP), be proactive and manage various priorities whilst driVing flawless execution.
