Degree or equivalent qualification in HRM from IPM/NIBM or any other recognixed institute
At least 3-5 work experience where sourcing is the main job fuction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure the business requirement is properly aliged with the source strategy.
Commitment and self-motivation with the ability to achieve goals with minimum supervision
