Scope
The Assistant Manager - Enterprise Risk Management is responsible for working closely with Risk Champions/Senior Management teams of SBUs and functions for the effective deployment of the Enterprise Risk Management plan and processes across the Group. The role holder is also responsible for ensuring that periodic reviews of risk and mitigation plans across SBUs and functions take place.
Responsibilities
- Deploy the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the Group
- Monitor Risk Management policies and procedures to manage organizational risks
- Lead periodic risk brainstorming/review sessions with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams
- Provide risk insights to the Board/Management based on global and local environmental analysis through research and data analytics
- Drive synergies with internal and external stakeholders for achievement of business objectives and strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance or Economics or Engineering and/or an equivalent professional qualification
- 3 - 4+ years of relevant experience in Risk Management
- Excellent command of English with outstanding presentation skills is a must
- Master’s Degree or a professional qualification in Risk Management will be an added advantage
