A day in the life of the role:
- Be a lead in providing high employee service levels for delightful and smooth employee experiences such as the administration of employee benefit schemes, facilitating hybrid work model, etc.
- Be a HR Analytics Champion to bring in insights to strengthen current HR processes, cost management and drive improvements.
- Responsible for all logistic support to drive employee engagement, employee welfare and Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) activities.
- Operational buyer for Human Resources and Admin (in a SAP environment).
What will make you successful?
- Education: A degree in Human Resources/ Business Management and with relevant professional qualifications such as CIMA/ ACCA.
- Expected experience: 2-3 years relevant experience in Human Resources/ Administration. Prior work experience in a SAP Environment would be an added advantage.
- Language skills: Fluency in English and Sinhala
- Other skills: Possess strong analytical skills, communication, adaptability, stakeholder management skills, initiative, passion and drive
