What Your Day Job Looks Like At Mindshare
- Detailed awareness of the digital industry, industry trends, consumer trends, market status, and competition
- Manage the work from the search team providing leadership, ongoing feedback, effective motivation, performance evaluation, career direction, and training of staff members
- Drive development and implementation of best practices in Digital
- Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace, and regularly documenting search trends across the web and mobile platforms, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis.
- A depth of understanding of the digital industry and consumer's online media habits.
- Develop processes to streamline operations & avoid escalations

Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of digital planning experience in a media agency or similar corporation & 2+ years of experience in similar capacity
- Solid experience in media planning and buying across all digital/ media platforms, with hands-on experience of advertising technology platforms, for example, Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords
- Exceptional quantitative analytical skills and aptitude including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- A depth of understanding of the digital industry and consumer's online media habits.
- An independent, self-driven, and responsible individual, with multi-tasking ability.
- Significant proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners.
