Requirements
 
• Should be a Degree or Diploma holder or be fully/part qualified in a professional qualification
• Should possess 3 + years of work experience in handling customer relations and administrative
tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal is essential
• Experience in handling a CRM would be an added advantage
• Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications
• Should be well organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Must be solutions driven
• Candidate should possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Must always ensure accuracy of information and maintain confidentiality
• Should pay attention to detail
 
Responsibilities
 
• Managing the administrative functions of the department
• Internal coordination
• Motivating and managing the team
