Position Objective Proactively engage in business development activities for office space, identifying and serving corporate office space requirements. What this job involves-

  • These activities need to be undertaken through focused BD, networking, cold calling, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units with Corporate clients. Research on companies looking at starting operations / expansion through internet, newspapers, industry seminars
  • Setting up meetings with key decision makers and Initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements, assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.
  • Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, preparing information memorandums, financial analysis, market intelligence etc.
  • Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, timely follow up & submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
  • Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside to conclude real estate transactions with efficiency.
  • Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with prospective corporate clients.
  • Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars and other sources.
  • Networking with real estate intermediaries, local brokers for identifying business opportunities.
  • Responsible for meeting and / or exceeding individual targets
  • Assist in conceptualizing and execution of marketing campaigns related to the properties exclusively marketed by the firm.

  • Post Graduate qualifications would be an added advantage
  • Excellent Communication & inter-personal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multitask and work in a team
