Assistant Manager - Business Excellence and Operations – MAS FemTech
 
MAS’s FemTech team has been one of the pioneers in developing Innovative apparel which addresses women's unmet needs for better management of their reproductive health. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to join the Femtech team as an Assistant Manager within the Business Excellence and Operations team.
 
This role requires you to assist the Head of the Business Excellence and Operations to educate, connect, manage, and execute the central FemTech strategy via the SBU FemTech teams, whilst building credibility and strengthening relationships with customers and SBU teams to facilitate exceeding expectations of brands in a timely manner enabling the achievement of the FemTech overall KPIs. 
 
We are on the lookout for an Assistant Manager - Business Excellence and Operations who can,

  • Drive and strengthen connectivity & trust between FemTech central team and SBU teams to enable brand goals and FemTech KPIs to be met superseding competitors
  • Manage and execute the critical path activities promptly, inclusive of resolving process glitches, improving processes, ensuring zero down-time or communication gaps to meet organizational strategic objectives and customer expectations
  • Assist in the formulation of appropriate pricing strategies, supply chain strategies, set sales budgets, achieve sales and profitability targets, monitor progress, and implement contingency plans as required to ensure the smooth running of the operation
  • Facilitate and manage risk mitigation activities at each stage to ensure product feasibility and due diligence is adhered according to global and central FemTech standards
  • Ensure a seamless handover from Central FemTech to SBU teams across all SBU’s for all solutions
  • Support the Femtech leadership to execute operational KPIs managing the product development, risk analysis, product integration, bulk feasibility management, developing required SOPs, monitoring SBU performance and facilitate continuous improvement to enable a successful innovation product launch and continued brand business development growth amongst multiple SBUs and multiple FemTech brands to achieve FemTech KPIs.
  • Regular review and analysis of the progress of KPI’s, identify trends that could support decision making, report anomalies and seek to identify corrective measures to ensure the FemTech Central and SBU teams are on track.

 
Experience and skill requirement:

  • MBA / Degree / Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification
  • Qualification in Business Management, Project Management is an advantage
  • 4 - 5 years of work experience in product development/bulk merchandising
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in direct customer communication and leading such projects
  • Knowledge of the operational side of the business and emerging trends related to Femtech
  • Great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to carry out presentations effectively and knowledge/experience in analytics

 
Work Arrangement:
A combination of remote and on-site work
