The Job
- Engage with Enterprise Solutions Engineers (ESE) for solutions design and development phase in pre-sales stage
- Closely work with Solutions Engineers and support them for customer site visits and requirement gathering to finalize the solutions
- Engage with 3rd party procurement evaluations for solutions design to provide a smooth solutions delivery under supervision of Solutions Engineers
- Directly engage with customer solutions delivery by coordinating with other teams to achieve agreed timelines for the customers
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for necessary approvals which requires for solution delivery like fibre/MW etc
- Engage with other operators when requires for solution delivery to ensure smooth service delivery within defined SLAs
- Provide technical details/WOs to relevant parties on implementations and coordinate till end delivery
- Ensure proper Project Management practices at all levels under supervision of Solution engineers
- Coordinate and obtain technical and commercial proposals from the third-party vendors based on the SoW prepared by Solution Engineer
- Provide technical inputs for new product designs and developments
- Visit customer premises to share knowledge with customers specially for the delivered solutions from Dialog
- Keep updated documents like customer solutions diagrams in commonly maintain locations for future reference
The Person
- Should possess a Diploma in Electronics and telecommunication engineering
- Excellent execution skill & negotiation skill
