The Job
- Responsible for Implementation of new products / tariff in the system for prepaid and post-paid base on business requirements to provide optimum solutions.
- Responsible for any system changes and new feature implementation.
- Analysing and Identifying the root cause for customer complaints and take preventive actions by minimize customer impact.
- Responsible for system integration upgrades / operations to cater new business requirements.
- Finding immediate solution for customer complaints by escalating to vendors.
The Person
- The candidate should possess a Degree / Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university or institute.
- Having a certification in Oracle-11g or Linux server administration will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 02 years work experience in implementation of products and services in a similar capacity.
- Should possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
