Assistant Brand Manager - Nestle Lanka PLC
As the Brand owner for the Sri Lankan business, you will shape the future of the Brand in the country and maximise its impact on people’s lives. You will join a consumer centric, innovative and engaging culture where you will be required to work closely with multiple teams and external parties to drive business and brand growth agendas. Initiatives from the Brand will involve gathering insights to improve the brand’s positioning, and your knowledge of future key challenges, raising brand awareness and improving product usage in line with business objectives.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to display sound, strategic acumen coupled with operational savviness.
A good understanding of regional consumer dynamics is a must.
The individual should possess a degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business Management/ Marketing with at least 2-3 years of experience.
Fluency in Sinhala is a must, and Tamil would be an added advantage.
The person will be responsible for the following;
Define and execute strategies and action plans to drive annual growth plans across the country and drive channels in a cross-functional environment
Manage and coordinate complex project streams involving external stakeholders, with limited guidance and high attention-to-detail under tight deadlines
Use in-market observations and research methods to better understand the evolutions of the business landscape over the next few years; Ability to adapt and evolve is a critical aspect
Track and analyse programmes to optimise overall results
A digital mindset with experience in modern marketing tactics will be a distinct advantage
