POST OF ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT - MATARA
The ideal candidate will be responsible for;
• Preparing and interpreting monthly management accounts and financial accounting statements
• Preparing Company / departmental budgets and implementing budgetaly controls
• Preparation of procedure costing and service costing & advance pricing analysis
• Managing cash flows and optimizing company working capital cycle
• Liaising nfith auditors and all other stakeholders concemed
• Tax planning and liaising with all relevant regulatory authorities
• Cost control and cost leadership
Experience and qualifications;
• Part qualification in ICASL ACCA, CIN'IA or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge in Sri Lanka Accounting Standards (SEAS) and Intemational Financial
• Reporting Standards ( IFRS/SLFRS)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputed organization
• A high degree of reliability, professionalism and integrity
• Excellent communication skills and practical knowledge in MS office package
• The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take challenges with a positive
attitude
