We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Finance team in the role of Asset Liability Capital Management Manager.
 
Principal responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall Asset Liability Capital Management (ALCM) reporting framework
  • Supervise the operations of the offshore team to ensure smooth delivery of ALCM reports and other governance matters
  • Assist the Head of ALCM in implementing and reviewing key ALCM policies
  • Preparation of Governance papers and supplementary decks on a timely basis for the consideration of the Asset Liability Committee of the Bank
  • Supplement the annual Financial Resource Planning (FRP) process with liquidity, funding and capital plans
  • Carry out external environment analysis and assess the impact to overall balance sheet of the entity
  • Assist the Head of ALCM and Chief Financial Officer with periodic and ad hoc analysis

 
Requirements

  • Degree from a recognized university (preferably in finance and accounting) or full qualification in CIMA, ACCA, and/or CFA
  • Knowledge in using Advanced Microsoft Excel, Python, BI Tools and have a drive for automation and digitalization
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively communicate across various businesses and Functions
  • Be change oriented and able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines
  • Effective communication, inter-personal, stakeholder management and negotiating skills
  • Ability to self-learn and work under minimum supervision
