Provides 2nd level technical support of products to post production customers by resolving technical issues with customers and meeting SLA requirements and leading support teams. Responsible for in-life operations management which includes, incident, change, release, service request and problem management.

Experience:
 

  • 5+ years of work experience in software industry or related fields
  • 2+ years’ experience working as Tech/Support consultant
  • Has worked in a SLA driven production support Environment (Client facing providing L2 Support or Dev Ops)
  •  
  • Technical/Soft Skills:
  • Multi cloud delivery platforms and automation experience on open source tools/servers. Need to have knowledge on below technology stacks.
  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • Jenkins
  • Spinnaker
  • Git
  • Elasticsearch
  • Logstash
  • Kibana
  • Prometheus
  • Grafana
  • Helm
  • KAFKA
  • Couchbase
  • Postgress
  • Weblogic

 
 

  • Familiar with SQL/Linux/Unix environments and scripting knowledge
  • Familiar with enterprise systems with multi-tier architecture
  • Excellent analysis skills to identify issues proactively and fix
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Prior development exposure is an added advantage
  • Exposure to ITILv3 Service Management practices is a bonus

 
      Role & Responsibilities:
 

  • Build and deploy releases across multiple environments and configurations
  • providing Implementation support for development team
  • Perform technical troubleshooting application and platform related incidents
  • Development of solution workarounds and create automation scripts
  • Will be responsible for Service incident and support requests while ensuring compliance with SLAs and OLAs
  • Ability to work in different business times and on-call 24hs / 7 days
  • Shift work, Stand by support and working on weeknights/weekends/public holidays is required
