Camso is seeking candidate for Application Project Consultant (FI/CO) postion.

The Challenge 

Reporting to Large Projects IT Senior Project Manager, Application Project Consultant delivers new standard business solutions within a dedicated multi-disciplinary team worldwide. He/ She needs to concentrate on business process re-engineering and technology enablement as well as build relationship with internal customers beyond project’s life cycle.

Key Responsibilities 

 

Project Delivery

  • Actively participate with the team in planning and setting up project deliverables & Design and develop
  • new IT solutions in collaboration with the team
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient project delivery and solution design
  • Clarify project requirements to satisfy customers’ needs and expectations
  • Prepare presentations (MS PowerPoint) related to business processes and present to business team.
  • Conduct implementation & training workshop for business process owners and key users.
  • Prepare business blue print for finalized business processes.
  • Prepare Configuration manual and plan.
  • Build authorization matrix for users with considering authorization compliance.
  • User / Super User Training and preparation of Business Process Documentation.
  • Build SAP End to End test cases for integration/ user acceptance /regression testing Write functional specification to develop customize program or reports.
  • ]Develop Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW).
  • Develop Query report according to the business requirements.
  • Master and transactional data collection, reconciliation & uploading.
  • Develop cut over plan with business partners and project team.
  • Conduct knowledge transferring session to functional team.
  • Ensure proper hand over of project delivery to other teams (when applicable)

Process Improvement

  • Communicate regularly business needs, priorities and relevant project requests to the project manager based on upcoming projects and initiatives and collaborate with the process owners to ensure the sustainability of implemented IT solutions.
  • Consult IT groups/members to identify preliminary IT solutions.

Skills Development

  • Develop new soft and technical skills to reinforce the ability to design various IT solutions, enlarge his/her expertise and teamwork abilities in an agile/lean delivery approach & Share his/her expertise to enhance the skills of other members
