The Role Responsibilities
Work closely with the business stakeholders in the standardization of financial and non-financial KPIs to ensure that the scorecard metrics are consistently defined and independently generated.
Design and develop a robust monitoring and tracking system on key business performance information to provide responsive and insightful decision-making support to the business stakeholders.
Provide complete, accurate and timely data and management information to the business stakeholders and colleagues to aid their analysis, computations.
Provide independent but fact-based analysis and value added suggestions to assist the business stakeholders in seeking out the best solution to their business management information needs.
Identify and where feasible, automate current performance-tracking methods and processes to minimize manual intervention to improve timeliness and quality of data delivered for business information management reporting purposes.
Architect for the design and implementation of an end-to-end solution on sales performance measurement to enable accurate and timely incentive payout
Provide independent but fact-based performance scorecards to measure and evaluate sales performance and provide value added suggestions
Continual management of the end to end sales performance process to reflect changing business focus and provide a timely response to new management requirements
Our Ideal Candidate
University degree in Management, Finance, or Computer Science, Information Technology with Management modules or Professional Accounting Qualification.
2 to 3 years experience in implementing management information solutions in a banking environment
Sound knowledge in data warehousing related reporting and analysis; and experience in DataMart design, development and implementation
Strong knowledge on analytical tools, spread sheet usage.
Good knowledge of our banking products/services and front-end core banking systems will be an added advantage
Sound team player
Proactive, work independently and willing to learn in a dynamic environment.
Ability to communicate effectively and establish good working relationships with people at all levels in a matrix organization.
Ability to identify key issues and overcome barriers
Good track history with delivering results to the business
