The Job
Your major responsibility will be to achieve the financial KPIs of the location, to ensure sound control environment within the location which ensures that the assets are safeguarded, to maintain integrity of financial statements and provide financial input for all decisions/proposals made within the business unit. Additionally, you are also expected to partner the management team effectively to ensure the achievement of budget.
The Person
You should hold a degree in finance from a recognized University and/or should be a passed finalist/an associate member of a recognized professional accounting body with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within the industry. Attention to detail, teamwork, a structured and disciplined work approach, ability to deliver results on time are essential competencies that are expected from you. You should also be able to work under pressure with a positive attitude and further you need to have the ability to develop effective interpersonal relationships with cross functional teams.
