Experience : 2 to 3 years’ experience in IT industry
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan for achievement of monthly / annual sales target
- Monitor prices and new products regularly.
- Ensure the expansion of market and increase in sales.
- Visit customers on a regular basis and canvass for new customers.
- Follow-up on leads , prospects and customer related matters.
- Coordinate with Order Loading, Accounts and Technical to ensure on time customer service.
- Coordinate with Technical and Product Development Teams for customized orders.
- Provide competitor information to management on a regular basis.
- Provide options for expansion of sales.
- Identify and report new and changing customer requirements on products.
- Provide information on key product sales.
- Provide KPI progress information on a weekly basis.
- Attend to customer complaints on products and services.
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Follow-up outstanding dues of customers, and ensure collections are made on time.
- Provide information on outstanding dues to the finance department and coordinate.
Qualifications : Diploma/ post graduate or degree in sales management
