Executive - Account Management (Client Servicing)
The candidate should have;
-Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.
-Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
-Working knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
-Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Management, Marketing, or related field.
-A minimum of 2.5 years of experience in a marketing-related role.
Responsibilities include;
You are responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital marketing operations for certain key client accounts including;
-Assist in managing social media channels for clients.
-Ability to create and present marketing campaigns and strategies to achieve client objectives.
-Analyzing various campaign data to help clients optimize their marketing funnels.
-Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns.
-Lead brainstorming sessions with teammates for various client requirements.
-Develop and monitor campaign budgets for clients.
-Have a keen eye for internal as well as client KPIs.
-Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly.
-Identifying and keeping on top of the latest trends and technologies affecting clients.
-Assist with copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed
Key Skills;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end.
-Good ability to manage details.
-Good command of English in both communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs.
-Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
